Position Summary
This position is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with Premium segment clients to fulfill their banking and investment requirements. This role will establish customer relationships by regularly meeting with them and achieving business volumes in accordance with the business plans typically at an individual level.

Capabilities Required

Education: Graduate

Experience: 2-4 Years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills: Financial analytical abilities; Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks; detailed knowledge of core banking products (eg: Savings Accounts, Credit Cards, Auto Loans etc) and investment products.

Behavioral Skills: Bilingual, both Arabic and English

Key Accountabilities

Develops operational plans for optimizing revenue, profit across a full range of products aimed at Premium segment client. Product range includes assets, liabilities, credit cards and Investment products.

“Hunts” potential new Premium clients, spending time with them to understand their full Banking requirements and providing appropriate solutions for them. Maintains an aggressive “prospecting/calling/visiting” schedule to ensure that the sales targets are achieved and exceeded.

Make frequent visits to clients to establish strong relationships and increase “share of wallet”.

Generates leads for cross selling and directs them to the appropriate Sales/ Segment managers

Ensures that the approved credit lines are available to the client through the system

Ensures that all compliance and sales management requirements (Internal and Regulatory) are adhered to.

Ensures that target market clients are maintained at the minimum threshold levels for Premium

Position Summary
This role is primarily responsible for welcoming the Affluent customers from their initial entry in the Bank Branch, ensuring effective and timely address of customer queries, needs, and complaints. The incumbent of this role is the frontline face of the Bank responsible for handling Affluent customer related issues in a branch and directing them to RMs.
Also responsible for assisting RMs in filling out the necessary forms or preparing the documentation, and so on.
As the experience is built ,providing second line client support and deputizing for relationship managers will also be required.


Capabilities Required

Education: Graduate degree preferred

Experience: 1-3 years experience

Technical Skills: : Proficiency in computer skills especially MS Office and preferably basic knowledge of banking systems/ products and services, basic knowledge of banking regulations, knowledge of the customer segment


Linguistic Skills: Bilingual, Arabic and English

Behavioral Skills: Teamworker, ambition to grow, enthusiastic ,outgoing personality.

Key Accountabilities
Assists RMs in fulfilling Affluent customers banking requirements.
Directs clients to RMs after quickly assessing their needs.

Assists RMs in growing the overall clients base for the bank.

Ensures that no Affluent client query goes unanswered beyond a specified turn-around time.

Collects cash from clients within the branch if required.

Takes responsibility for look and feel of Affluent area to ensure brand is well represented.

Uses the CRM system to help RMs manage clients and prospect for new business

Ensures high scores in quality and service measures

اخوي اغلب البنوك العاديه واللي فيها قسم اسلامي

ترى بس التعامل مع العملاء اسلامي

اما راتبك وعلاواتاك تكون من العادي
