ارباح الربع الاول لشركة قطر وعمان..... حد عنده خبر؟؟؟

السلام عليكم اخواني

بصراحة متشوق اني اعرف كم ارباح الشركة عن الربع الاول وهل ستكون مفرحة لملاكه و حسب دراسة الجدوى ام لا ,,,,,,,, واللي عنده خبر و قريب من الشركة لا يبخل علينا بالمعلومة حتى ولو بالتلميح ولكن من دون تمليح :nice:

اللي اعرفه ان الشركة حققت ارباح طيبة في سوق الدوحة المالي..... والله اعلم

Doha: Qatar Oman Investment Company (QOIC) will be listed on the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) shortly.
Disclosing this to Gulf Times yesterday HE the Deputy Premier, Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah said, “We are in the process of completing the necessary formalities to get the company listed on the MSM. I hope this will happen in the next few weeks.”QOIC, a joint venture among Qatar Investment Authority, Government of Oman and nationals of the two countries, was listed on the Doha Securities Market (DSM) in December last year.
Sixty percent of the company’s stocks are jointly held by nationals of the two countries.
Speaking later, QOIC chairman Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Mohamed bin Jabor al-Thani told Gulf Times he expected the firm to be listed on the MSM “within two months”.
He said the company would identify sectors where joint investments could bring benefits to both the countries and the firm’s shareholders.
“We will be looking at agriculture, tourism, real estate among other sectors. We are not limiting the scope of the company. We would invest in viable projects in both the countries. Our intention is to provide good investment opportunities and decent returns to citizens of the two countries. The company will further strengthen the close relationship between Qatar and Oman,” Sheikh Abdulrahman said.
He said the company is in the process of team building and once that is done its activities will get into top gear.
The company’s initial public offering in July this year was a “huge draw” with oversubscription in Qatar and in Oman. QOIC raised QR180mn through 18mn shares, each priced at QR10 (nominal value). Its paid up capital is QR300mn. Though based in Doha, QOIC has an office in Oman as well.

أبرز ما في المقال تصريح العطيه بأن شركة قطر وعمان في طريقها للادراج في بورصة مسقط قريبا
واضاف العطيه انهم في طور استكمال كافه الاجراءات اللازمه للادراج في بورصة مسقط... وامال ان يتم الادراج في غضون اسابيع قليله

وفي تصريح خاص لرئيس مجلس ادارة الشركه الشيخ عبدالرحمن بن جبر ال ثاني ان يتم ادراج الشركه في غضون شهرين

والشي الطيب ان المسؤلين متفائلين بمستقبل الشركه والفائده اللي تعود على البلدين وملاك السهم

كم الارباح اللي مفترض تحققها الشركة على حسب دراسة الجدوى ؟

لانعلم ان كانت هذه السنه هي السنه الاولى ام الثانيه..........اذا سنة 2008 هي السنه الاولى حسب الدراسه سوف تحقق 10 مليون ريال...................اذا احد يفيدنا الشركه في اي سنه الاولى ام الثانيه

السلام عليكم حسب الارباح المرحلة للسنة الاخرى فهية طبيعيا هى السنة الثانية يعنى واضحة وانا اتوقع ارباح الربع الاول من عشرة ملاين الى خمسة وعشرين مليون حسب موئشر النمو للبلدين قطر وعمان وانشااللة مبروك لملاك السهم الى انا واحد منهم والسلام ختام

الشركة حالياا تعتمد على الاستثمار في البورصة والعقار والارباح السنة قد تفوق ريال على كل سهم 30 مليون ريال وانشاءالله تدخل قريب في مشاريع استراتيجية وهي من فترة اشترت 10% من بنك اداكس بالبحرين
