Greetings!
The Qatar Museums Authority will be unveiling the Museum of Islamic Art on 22nd Nov 2008. The Museum of Islamic Arts (MIA) provides a stunning environment and showcases its extensive store of treasures from across the Islamic world.The opening ceremony will be witnessed by various local and international VIP’s including the World Leaders, Political figures, film and media personalities and other renowned people in the field of Art and Culture.
We would like to have you on board with us as volunteers responsible for planning, preparing and managing this crux of guests and the associated logistics. We strive to give our volunteers a great experience at the event. To do this, we ask that all volunteers get involved in all aspects of our MIA Opening program. All the selected volunteers will be assigned a task to complete at the event itself.
If you are interested in volunteering for the Opening Ceremony of Museum of Islamic Art and learning more about us, please fill the attached volunteer expression of interest form and we will contact you as soon as possible. Please answer all questions on the application thoroughly. A complete application will allows us to assess your unique skills and capabilities. When you have completed the application, please send it to our email address below.

تسر هيئة متاحف قطر أن تعلن بأنه سيتم إزاحة الستار عن متحف الفن الإسلامي في يوم الثاني والعشرين من شهر نوفمبر 2008. ويقدم متحف الفنون الإسلامية بيئة خلابة ويقوم بعرض ما تحتويه أروقته المختلفة من كنوز الفن من مختلف أرجاء العالم الإسلامي.وسيشهد حفل الافتتاح العديد من الشخصيات المحلية والدولية المرموقة والعديد من الشخصيات العامة المعروفة من زعماء العالم ،بالإضافة إلى شخصيات سياسية وإعلامية والمهتمين بمجال الفن والثقافة بصفة عامة.
ونحن يسعدنا في هذا الصدد، أن تنضموا إلينا كمتطوعين مسئولين عن عمليات التنظيم و الإعداد و الإدارة لمثل هذا الحشد الرفيع من الضيوف وما يرتبط به من مساعدة بناءة في عملية التخطيط و التنفيذ لهذا الحدث.
ونحن نسعى جاهدين أن نقوم بإعطاء متطوعينا الكثير من الخبرات القيمة في هذا الحدث.ولكي يتسنى ذلك ، فنحن نناشد متطوعينا أن يقوموا بعملية الانخراط و المشاركة في مراسم الافتتاح.وسيتم إسناد مهمة محددة لكل متطوع يتم اختياره لإتمامها أثناء الحدث نفسه.
وإذا كنت من المهتمين للانضمام إلينا و الاشتراك معنا في حفل افتتاح متحف الفن الإسلامي بالإضافة إلى التعرف علينا بصورة أكثر وضوحاً، فكل ما عليك هو أن تقوم بتعبئة استمارة المتطوع المرفقة وسنقوم بدورنا بالاتصال بكم في أسرع وقت ممكن.ويرجى الإجابة على كافة الاستفسارات الملحقة في الاستمارة بشكل مكتمل حيث أن الاستمارة المكتملة تساعدنا في عملية تقييم قدراتكم ومهارتكم.
وعند الانتهاء من تعبئة الاستمارة ، يرجى إرسالها على عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الموضح أسفله.
