Reference to the latest new shareholders bundles please find below detailed info regarding current packages (old and new),



The promotional period for the trial lines for the first 1000 customers (pay 70 QR get 700 QR credit) will finish by the end of May 2009.
Regarding the shareholders lines, the promotion (pay 100 QR get 250 QR credit or pay 350 QR get 1.000 QR credit) will finish on 30th September 2009.
All customers (The first 1000 and the shareholders) will be informed about the new bundles at the end of each promotion (it will be only one available bundle for both).
The shareholder can transfer his line from to another name after the 30th September and not before this date.

Q-Can I take part in the Shareholder Promotion if I’m an Institutional Investor?

If you’re an Institutional Investor, you’ll be able to register your interest online and let us know the number of connections and promotional package types you’d like to purchase. We’ll then contact you with more information.



Q-Can I move between the QAR100 and QAR350 shareholder promotional packages after I have signed up?

Yes, you can move between either package by calling Customer Care on 800 7111 or 111 from your Vodafone mobile.



Where do I pick up my Star Number and promotional package (shareholders)?

A. All orders that contain a Star Number—whether paid in full or not—will have to be picked up from our special Shareholder Promotion location within the M&#246;venpick West Bay starting from the 8th of May. You’ll find us on the 2nd floor in the conference area and are open Saturday to Thursday, 10:00am to 10:00pm and Fridays from 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Orders will be ready for pick up 24 hours after date of purchase. For example, if you ordered on a Monday, then you can go to pick up from 10:00am on the Wednesday morning. The special location is only open until 6 June, so any orders that were paid in full should be picked up by that date. Please note that any orders where a Star Nu

mber down payment was made must be paid in full within 5 days of purchase.
