منذ بدآ الاتحاد بتجاهل المواهب المحلية والمستوى بدأ بالانحدار

The federation officials don't have patience. They want instant results. So they ignore local talent and opt for 'take away' or 'readymade' athletes. Most of the budget is spent on them

It's bitter truth indeed
It's the truth that hurts

The last sentence caught my attention
that seems so true,since they don't want to spend time,effort and money training new and young athletes, therefor they take the easy way out and spend tons of money on ''imported'' athletes.
& people and critics not only here in Qatar,but from many countries blamed us for that
Oh well,it's not like if we say anything is gona change the situation:)

ان نظرنا حولنا في المؤسسات والدوائر الحكوميه والشركات وووو الخ المستوردين لهم الأفضليه والأولويه

لنا الله :( يا المحليين

المشكلة؟ شنهي

ان الموضوع كل يوم يزيد
نقول بس.. اكيد بيتعلمون من كاس الخليج.. نشوف العاب القوى تستورد.. نقول بس بيفتشلون يروحون ويستوردون لاعبين تنس طاولة!! شدعوة حتى تنس الطاولة..

We are suffering from the same problem in Bahrain
and it's not that they don't want to spend time, money and effort on youth, the fact is that they benefit from in cash from the athletes whom they import from other countries unfortunately
