الدوحة في 19 مايو /قنا/ ترأس معالي الشيخ حمد بن جاسم بن جبر آل ثاني رئيس مجلس الوزراء الاجتماع العادي الذي عقده المجلس ظهر اليوم بمقره في الديوان الاميري.
وعقب الاجتماع أدلى سعادة الشيخ ناصر بن محمد بن عبدالعزيز آل ثاني وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء بما يلي:
نظر مجلس الوزراء في الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال واتخذ بشأنها القرارات الآتية:

أولاً- الموافقة على توصية مجلس الشورى بتعديل المادة 118 من قانون الشركات التجارية الصادر بالقانون رقم 5 لسنة 2002.

ثانياً- الموافقة على مشروع قرار مجلس الوزراء بإنشاء اللجنة الوطنية للسلامة والصحة المهنيتين.

ثالثاً- الموافقة على تأسيس شركة ناقلات دامن شيبياردز المحدودة "شركة مساهمة قطرية".

رابعاً- الموافقة على اقتراح سعادة وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية باستحداث جائزة تشجيعية سنوية للأسر المنتجة.

خامساً- الموافقة على:

أ - مشروع اتفاقية للتعاون القانوني بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة دولة ارتريا.

ب- مشروع اتفاقية توأمة بين بلدية مدينة الوكرة في دولة قطر وبلدية مدينة دجوقو في جمهورية بنين.
