يهدف البرنامج إلى تحسين فرص الحصول على تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة القائمة من خلال ضمان جزء كبير من التمويل الذي تقدمه البنوك التجارية ، وتنقسم فئات المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة المستفيدة من هذا البرنامج لفئتين:

المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجديدة (التي لا يتعدى عمرها الأئتماني أو وجودها فترة الثلاث سنوات) ويكون الضمان إلى 85% من رأس المال وبحد أقصى 10 ملايين ريال قطري
المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة القائمة (التي يتجاوز عمرها الائتماني أو وجودها فترة الثلاث سنوات) ويكون الضمان إلى 75% من رأس المال وبحد أقصى 8 ملايين ريال قطري.

Due to growing demand in clinics for general care Germany developed a
project of hospitals which can be used all over the
world.
According to regional circumstances the departments of the hospital can
be varied individually (between 100 and 300 beds).
Functional description
The standard hospital is designed for general care.
If the capacity of the clinic is 300 beds, the clinic
has the function of the regional hospital.

types of diagnostics used:

➣ The clinic consists of multi-purpose opeing-rooms.
Special video endoscopic devices are used for microsurgical
opeions.
➣ Intensive care department with artificial respiion plant, blood transfusion
equipment and monitoring system is located in the field of vision of the
opeing room.
➣ X-ray-devices with Bucky workplace can be used for x-rayof thorax
and for orthopedic and therapeutic x-rays.
➣ A mammography device serves for gynecological diagnostics.
➣ The functional diagnostics in the echocardiography department is
equipped with a measuring bench for ergometry, an
electroencephalogram device for 6/12 channels as well as an
electroencephalogram device for 12 channels.
➣ Device for electroencephalogram for 21 channels has a recording
system based on EDP.
➣ The ultrasonic diagnostics department disposes of a device for
ultrasonic diagnostics with colored Doppler function and probe system
4 D.
The layout-plan permits creating VIP-wards,
wards for 1 or more patients and other special
rooms.
Convenient four-part framework bed, TV set,
phone and refrigeor are placed in every
ward.
A standard ward has a bath room, wash-stand,
WC and emergency button for the patient.
The routing of patients is optimal
• All functional departments such as
emergency admission department,
opeing-room, in-patient department with
beds, pharmacy, laundry (optional),
diagnostics department, kitchen, trash
burning (optional) and management are
connected and placed on the one line.
• The rooms for administion and visitors are
equipped functionally and on large scale.
• The hospitals are provides on a turn-key basis.
• If necessary, the hospital can be equipped with a built-in
electric power plant, so that the hospital is independent
from outside energy supplier.
• The hospitals are completed with all necessary
equipment, beds, medicine technology and will be
assembled on the building side.
• All tubing for heating as well as for water, medical gas
and energy supply is preinstalled.
The equipped modules can
be transported by seaway,
overland or air transport.
The modules are to be
assembled on the
foundation or foundation
platform.
The portable crane shall
place the modules “one
about the other”.
Assembly on the building
site lasts approximately 6 to
12 months.

ceiling in all rooms and sanitary
arrangements on the factory; the

made on the building site to avoid
visible structures on the junction points
of tSanitary engineering : 100% assembly in all rooms and
sanitary arrangements on the factory.

on the factory, the lift box shall be
installed on the building site.
• In addition to supply and building Germany based hospitals .
supports the skills for training and retraining of medical staff by
partners for special education institutions for medical professions,
for example for physiotherapist, medical technical assistants, for
functional diagnostics or laboory, work therapists and bath-house
attendants / masseurs.
