Signing of the Articulation Agreement with Qatar University
Congratulations to all CCQ Leadership, Faculty, Staff and Students:
(Mabrook for all of us)
Community College of Qatar (CCQ) and Qatar University (QU) signed an Articulation Agreement today which will facilitate CCQ students admission into QU.
The agreement was signed by CCQ Acting President Prof. Ibrahim Saleh Alnaimi and QU President Prof. Sheikha Abdulla Al-Misnad and in the presence of members of QU and CCQ leadership and faculty.
The conditions of the agreement are established in accordance with the principles of accreditation outlined by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) from which QU is in the process of seeking institution-wide accreditation.
The articulation agreement between CCQ and QU is indeed an important milestone for both institutions. It will not only facilitate seamless transfer of courses from CCQ to QU for our students, but also an easy passage into the different programs at QU. This agreement will also enhance the relationship as well as improve communication between faculty, administrators and staff at both institutions on behalf of our students.
Thanks to the Articulation Agreement Committee Members and the Senior Leadership team at both institutions for working tirelessly the past few months to get this done and ensure our students are on a pathway to success.
