The Role
The Role

Knowledge of:
Supervise the implementation of office management plans
Arrange suitable space for each employer
Update the offices layout plan and record
Coordinate the deployment of necessary furniture, IT and stationary for each staff
Coordinate with HR to ensure that office space is available for new staff upon recruitment
Coordinate with Logistics Section to ensure that the office furniture is in good condition at all times
Ability to:
Communicate effectively for successful job performance.
Develop office management layout and plans
Forecast future needs requirements for additional spaces and furniture
Work independently and under minimal supervision to complete work tasks.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate work of others.
Adapt to changing work demands, priorities and organizational members.

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate level qualification.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3-year experience in such field.
Functional
Demonstrate good judgment and decision making skills, analyzing and resolving office administrative situations and problems.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, oral, listening, and written).
Familiar with engineering drawings and data.
High-level Organization skills.
Very strong computer skills and experience with processing documents (filing systems including indexing into database, physical processing and quality control).
