لما بكون عايزا اعمل Rules اول ما بدخل علي الـ Rules & Alerts

وبتبقا كل الايكونز اللي في الـE-mail rules مش Active
بس الـ Manage Alerts شغال
بس انا عايزا اعمل rules عشان بتسهل الشغل اكتر... تقدر تساعدني فيها؟؟

الفكره انك تسوي فلتر اذا المرسل كذا ينقل الموضوع لفولدر كذا
لزومووه ايه الاحراج بس يا مصراويه
اعتقد انتي تستخدمين ايميل يعتمد على الـ HTTP مثل الهوت ميل او الياهو و غيرهم
بس اخونا بوكسي اعتقد يستخدم الياهو و شغال معاه ال Rules
اعتقد لازم تفعلين الـ rules من موقع الأيميل على الشبكة
عموما انا شغال على الأوتلوك من المكتب و ان شاء الله يوم الأحد احاول اشوف لج حل
هو واضح من المسج انه بسبب انه HTTP
حتي لما نزلت ياهو برضو طلع نفس المسج
وبرضو كل الايكونز مش اكتيف

جربي اختي تنزلين الحساب اولا في الاوتلوك على هيئة POP3 مش HTTP
وعقب سوي سالفة الرووولز
لان واضح من الرسالة انج تستقبلين الايميلات بطريقة HTTP وهي ماتقدرين تفلترينها خالص اوي Pop3 اللي تتفلتر بس حسب علمي

واختاري POP
مادري وين بالضبط ان حصلتها بحطها

حاولت اغير الـ HTTP ما نفعش لانه مرتبط بالـ MSN & Hotmail
ولو اخترت Other لازم تدخله الـ Server URL

بس الـ Account Tybe
اللي بتختار منه HTTP or POP3
مش اكتيف ثابت علي الـ HTTP بس
مسحت الايميل بتاعي ونزلت ايميلي ع الشركة
فعلا اشتغل ونزلي الـ Rules

وهو من نفسه مثبت ان الـ Account tybe
POP3
هي كده معنااها انها مش بتشتغل مع الـ Hotmail & MSn
بس المشكلة اني بشتغل من علي ايميلي الشخصي
بالنسبة للـ Hotmail .. ما يصير يكون POP
الا اذا كنتي مشتركة معاهم بفلوس (Hotmail Plus)
الياهوو .. ممكن
اتبعي الخطوات هذي من الزيرو (امسحي الل قبل)
From the Tools menu, choose "Accounts."
Select the "Mail" tab.
Click the "Add" button.
From the Add menu, click "Mail."
In the text box labeled Display Name, type your name and click "Next."
In the Email Address box, type your Yahoo! Mail address (be sure to include "@yahoo.com") and click "Next."
Under "My incoming mail server is a…" select "POP3."
Type "plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com" in the Incoming Mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) Server box.
Type "plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com" in the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server box.
Click "Next."
In the Account Name box, type your Yahoo! Mail ID (your email address without the "@yahoo.com").
In the Password box, type your Yahoo! Mail password.
If you want Outlook Express to remember your password, check the "Remember password" box.
Do not check the boxes labeled "Log on using Secure…"
Click "Next."
Click "Finish."
Select 'plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com' under 'Account,' and click 'Properties.'
Click the “Servers” tab.
Under “Outgoing Mail Server” check the box next to “My server requires authentication”
Click the 'Advanced' tab.
Under “Outgoing mail Server (SMTP)”, check the box next to “This server requires a secure connection (SSL). Enter port number “465” in the “Outgoing mail (SMTP)” field.
Under “Incoming mail (POP3)”, check the box next to “This server requires a secure connection (SSL)". The port number in the “Incoming mail (POP3)" field should automatically change from 110 to 995. If it doesn’t, make sure the port number is set to 995.
