i had a dsl connection at my home.....does any of the colleagues know how can i build my own webpage and my private email

with the qtel as when i had my application said that i will have a web page and an email

to create your private email as well as domain name go to
www.qatar.net.qa
and choose Apply for ADSL email then follow the wizard.

note that the emails can be used instantly after creating them however, for the domain you have to register it online than call 125 to activate it.
